Dear Directors: Thank you for participating in the 2007 Mid-States Band Association Class AAA/Open Class Championships. This event will be held at Kings Stadium. For those of you unaware our stadium has a state of the art synthetic turf. Accommodations at Kings High School will include: restrooms, changing area, drinks available for purchase at check-in. There will also be a full service concession stand at the stadium. Each band will receive a complementary video of their show, filmed from the stadium pressbox. ABSOLUTELY NO grilling (charcoal or propane) is allowed in parking areas. We DO NOT supply electricity for things such as crock pots. A 'TENTATIVE' Schedule and 'TENTATIVE' Movement schedule are attached. Please be aware that these may change between now and show day. I will send more specific information regarding the Championships next week.
